Growing IT/Government-focused agency seeking talented Account Executive for client marketing role

TorchLight is seeking an Account Executive with marketing agency and technology/government experience to manage day to day client marketing programs for agency in Alexandria, VA. Qualified candidates will have experience working on integrated marketing and communications programs, both digital and traditional.

Location:
Organization is in Alexandria, VA but remote candidates are encouraged to apply. U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.

Employment:
Direct hire, full-time job, 40 hours/week. Organization may provide for long-term remote work.

Role responsibilities:
- Design and implement client projects including marketing campaigns, PR/communications programs, and events
- Recommend effective marketing and communications solutions and coordinate execution with internal teams
- Develop and edit content bylines, case studies, white papers, social media content, promotions
- Maintain consistent communication with clients including management of plan deadlines

Skills and experience:
- 3+ years agency (or similar) marketing/communications experience with technology PR/marcom experience strongly preferred
- Success in managing marketing and demand gen programs and/or public relations/media relations programs for clients
- Strong project management skills and an eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong editing eye
